Bel-Aire Veterinary Hospital is the collaborative effort of its owners/partners; Julie Packard DVM, Joseph Kinnarney DVM, and Linwood Jernigan DVM. We are a full-service hospital with surgery, dentistry and radiography. We have in-hospital laboratory equipment.
